1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, sale items, or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@vladolce.com with your order details. 2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or share the return shipping address. 3. After inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the return.
3. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred). • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for size or product replacement, subject to stock availability. • If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
• Items purchased during final sale/clearance events. • Personalized or customized products. • Hygiene-sensitive items such as innerwear.
